We follow all COVID-19 guidelines from the CDC which includes social distancing, frequent handwashing, wearing masks at each job site and monitoring potential symptoms for cough, fever or shortness of breath.
Our employees have been instructed to notify our office if they are experiencing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone suspected or having tested positive for the virus.
If any of our employees has been exposed we implement a 14 day quarantine requirement and recommend testing an notification of their primary care provider.
We want to continue to ensure the safety and well being of all of our employees as well as our customers and other contractors and residents at all of the projects where we perform our services.
In addition, we require all employees to sanitize and disinfect all tools and equipment between each resident/tenant location.
